Limitations of Liability
The following terms and conditions are applied to any visitors of this online shop and their purchases. To use this platform and complete purchases, it is mandatory to accept the terms and conditions.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The online shop www.led8.pt and its contents are the property of Brico Ware Lda., based at Rua de Moscavide lote 4.34.01.B, 2oB, 1990-160, Lisbon. Carriers of the VAT number (NIF/NIPC) 510 202 675.

For any further information, you can contact an operator by email at info@led8.pt. Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, between 9:00AM and 6:30PM. We are closed on bank holidays.
Right to Make Changes to the Agreement
BRICO WARE LDA. commits to:
a) Maintaining the accuracy of the products, prices, and other information provided on the website;
b) However, due to any unforeseeable variables (technical, or human) beyond the control of BRICO WARE LDA., certain items requested by the customer might not be available
c) If an item becomes unavailable, BRICO WARE LDA. will contact the customer by email or telephone, at which point the customer will be able to cancel their order and receive a refund if a payment has been made.
d) All of the content on the website is updated by BRICO WARE LDA, namely the descriptions, photos, prices, campaigns, promotions, and terms of shipment.
Payment Terms
All payment transactions carried out on the platform are processed by IfThenPay (https://ifthenpay.com). IfThenPay is an online payment platform that safely carries out daily transactions. All of your personal details will be input through an IfThenPay extension.
Deliveries
All shipment and deliveries are made with NACEX, a company not affiliated with BRICO WARE LDA. All deliveries are carried out on the following business day before 7PM. The customer will receive an SMS before the delivery is made. The customer can track their shipment through the NACEX website www.nacex.pt.
Refunds
Pursuant to the decree law n. 143/2001, the customer has the right to return any items purchased within 14 days of its receival. To do so, please contact us by email at help@led8.pt within the aforementioned time frame. It is important to note that any items that are returned must be in the same condition as it was sent. This is to say, it must be in sales condition. If the packaging is damaged or the items have clear signs of wear and use, the refund will not be accepted. Provided that the returned item is within the acceptable conditions, the refund will be processed. Attention: the refund only covers the cost of the returned item. This does not include any shipping charges. Exception: BRICO WARE LDA. takes responsibility for the full refund including the items and the shipping charges in the case of faulty wiring or other technical issues, or any damage caused during shipment.
User Guidelines
Any information regarding personal details and addresses for the purpose of the shipment of the products is the responsibility of the customer. The customer pledges to provide real information regarding their personal details and addresses. Incorrect information provided by the customer may lead to delays or incomplete shipments, and may incur additional costs. All of which are the responsibility of the customer.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are designed in accordance with the Portuguese law. The parties elect to settle any issue that arises from this contract strictly under the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon.
Resolution of Consumer’s Conflicts
In case of litigation, the consumer may resort to the consumer’s Alternative Litigation Resolution department (RAL) at:
